A little bit about me

She/her. I want to make people's lives a little better, be that through designing great experiences, providing support and advocating for those I manage or being so organised that outcomes are pretty seamless (even if that organisation makes people laugh at how extra it is).

Outside of work I like to travel, volunteer with animals, and my goal is to become fluent in French this year.

My values

🙏 Stay humble

No matter how many projects we've completed or how much expertise we've gained, there are always lessons to be learned. Recognising this keeps us grounded, open-minded, and dedicated to continuous growth.

🤗 Always approciable

All about being accessible and easy to talk to. As a designer and manager, I strive to be open, friendly, and willing to listen. This helps to build strong relationships and effective communication, both crucial for successful collaboration and innovative design.

💡 Be thoughtful

Considering the needs, feelings, and experiences of others, especially those who will use products we build. Step into the users' shoes, understanding their perspectives, and tailoring designs to enhance their experience. Thoughtfulness in design often leads to more effective, user-friendly solutions.

🤸‍♀️ Embrace playfulness

Trying new things, and seeing challenges as opportunities for creative problem-solving. It involves making time to play around with different concepts, designs, and ideas, which can lead to innovative and unique solutions. This approach keeps design fun and prevents stagnation, promoting a lively and dynamic design process.

Don't know what to put here, so here's a recipe for a really nice dessert I had recently
